She has been a part of the “Project Future Dancer” program directed by Cherrise Wakeham, Rachel Truitt’s Dance Company “Gotta Dance Contemporary”, and trained directly under Anthony Burrell as an “AB Project” member. Marissa has had wonderful opportunities to work under many names in the industry including Debbie Allen, Fatima Robinson, Jamaica Craft, Anthony Burrell, Brandon Jones, and Jeremy Green. She has made appearances on TV shows such as Insatiable and Christmas On The Square on Netlfix, American Soul on BET, Legacies on CW, a Nickelodeon Pilot, etc. She has been able to work with multiple artists including Dababy, Offset, Yung Baby Tate, Great Good Fine Ok, MattyB, MakSauce, Kaylin Amaro, etc. She hopes to inspire upcoming dancers to be confident, open-minded, and to keep pushing!
